The Day One prologue (v0.1.0) is complete. The day-and-map loop, where you choose where to go and who to see, starts on Day Two. There is no public build yet.

18+Summertime Saga: Realistic Remake is made for adults only. You’ll be asked to confirm your age before your first download.

How to install

Windows

  1. Download the .zip and extract all of it. Do not run the game from inside the zip.

  2. Open the extracted folder and run summertime_saga_realistic_remake.exe.

macOS

  1. Unzip the download and open summertime_saga_realistic_remake.app.

  2. The app is not notarized, so macOS may block the first launch. Control-click the app and choose Open, or use System Settings › Privacy & Security › Open Anyway.

Linux

  1. Extract the archive: tar -xjf summertime_saga_realistic_remake-0.3.5-linux.tar.bz2

  2. Go into the extracted folder and run ./summertime_saga_realistic_remake.sh

Android

  1. Download the .apk on your device.

  2. Allow your browser or file manager to install apps from unknown sources, then open the APK.

  3. New versions install over older ones: every remake APK shares the same package name and signing certificate.

Compatibility

  • Windows and Linux builds are 64-bit (x86_64) only. The macOS build runs natively on Apple Silicon and Intel.
  • Android builds support arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a and x86_64 devices and play in landscape.
  • Every platform ships the same 1080p art set. The game draws on a 1280×720 canvas and scales to your screen.
  • Downloads are large, so check the size listed beside each file. The installed game needs about the same space again.
  • Save carry-over between versions is not guaranteed yet; it is planned for 0.9.0.

Summertime Saga: Realistic Remake is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of Summertime Saga, who own the original game, story and characters. It is free, and it always will be. Patreon and PayPal contributions support only RealBite-owned original work and are not used to create, develop, distribute or promote the remake.
